You look for them without thinking. You follow their directions without a second thought. In times of emergency they can save your life. They come in a thousand shapes and sizes. They even come in braille. What are they? Exit signs

They are one of those little things in life that we take for granted and dont really notice that have an impact everyday. I mean what would we do if they didn't exist? In the extreme, the exit lights that run down the isles of a plane have saved hundreds if not thousands of lives.
In the mundane...what would you do in the mall if you didn't know where the exits were? I have never seen them but I imagine that braille exit signs are as important to the blind as the normal exit signs are to the fully sighted.

What brought me to pontificate about exits...well whilst we cant do without them and we don't notice them...some-ones got to sell them. The Exit store...They have so many exit sign and exit lights available....I went through twenty two doors just trying to get out of the store!
